What we collect

Investment calculator: your name, your email, your company name (optional), your project settings and the calculation results, to send you your quote as a PDF and prepare our meeting.
"Prepare our meeting" questionnaire: your name, your email, your company and your answers, to prepare the meeting.
Booking: the calendar is provided by Google; the information you enter there is handled under Google's privacy policy.
Podcast player: episode audio is served by the podcast hosts (Vodeo, Podcastics) and their listening analytics tools, which receive your IP address as with any online listening.
Voice assistant: if you start a conversation with the site's voice assistant, your voice and the conversation are processed by its provider, ElevenLabs.

What we don't do

We never sell or rent your information. The site's fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts during your visit.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses the cookies WordPress needs to work. The podcast player keeps your listening position in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off; this information stays on your device.

Retention and hosting

Your requests are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up on our relationship, then deleted. The site is hosted in Canada.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to g.conte@cinequinox.com. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
